MFS-120A 1-8KHZ 120KW 182A Medium Frequency Induction Heating Machine
MFS 120A induction heating power supply adopts IGBT as the core component. As a medium frequency induction heating machine, mfs machinehas an output frequency ranging from 1KHZ to10KHz, and the single machine power is up to 600kw (3Phases~380v).
It is suitable for billets hot forging heating, induction heat treatment and other application fields of slightly larger workpieces. It adopts a fully digital control circuit.
HMI adopts touch screen to reduce the difficulty of the operation and provides vertical or horizontal design according to the customer's on-site space to facilitate customer's on-site installation and operation.
Application of MFS-120A Medium Frequency Induction Heating Machine
Forging: suitable for forging of steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum Ø40mm-Ø60mm
Hardening: suitable for hardening depth of 5-10 mm of Ø60-Ø160mm steel bar
Melting: suitable for smelting 100-160 kg of non-ferrous metals
