YCS CP01 Heating Pad for Mobile Phone Disassembly and Adhesive Softening
Designed for mobile disassembly, the YCS CP01 Heating Platform includes a camera protection hole and works as an LCD screen/back cover separator. It features precise temperature control and rapid heating to soften adhesive glue, enabling safe and efficient removal of screens and back covers.
Features:
1. YCS-CP01 preheats the mobile /tablet back cover and screens, quickly heating up with precise temperature control.
2. A camera hole is reserved, avoiding the camera's position to protect it from high temperatures.
3. Using flexible heating material, the air gun applies heat more evenly, quickly softening plastic surfaces.
4. Disassembling the screen is safer, more convenient, and more efficient, significantly reducing the risk of screen damage.

Instructions:
1. Set the temperature control knob to 60°C and heat the metal casing with the front side facing up for about 2 minutes.
2. Set the outer ring with the front side facing down to heat for about 2 minutes. Test by flipping it over or inserting a spudger into the outer ring.
3. To see if the adhesive has softened, adjust the heating time or temperature accordingly.
4. Once the adhesive has softened, set the temperature control knob to 0°C or turn off the power. Use the residual heat to keep the adhesive inside the casing, softening it, and then proceed with disassembly.
Please note:
1. Keep the CPB separator switch and junction box away from water to prevent short circuits.
2. Always use the power plug that came with the unit.
3. Do not place this unit on glass to prevent glass breakage.
4. Do not bend this unit to prevent damage to the internal heating element.
5. Do not use this unit as an electric blanket.
