10Ton Flake Ice Machine
10Ton/Day flake ice has an excellent cooling effect and has the characteristics of large cooling capacity and rapid speed. There are mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration facilities, food quick freezing, concrete cooling and the like.
There are two types of sea ice flakes: Land and Marine. All the configurations from ice Evaporator to condenser are high-strength anti-corrosion materials.
Seawater mainly applied to Fish processing, Seafood preservation
We generally recommend using a seawater ice machine of 10T or less for fishing boats.
1, Adopted to 304 or 316 stainless steel to make the evaporator, Ice Blade;
2, The frame is available in carbon steel and stainless steel;
3, Using deep oil tank piston compressor and special seawater condenser, longer service life;
5, can be directly installed on the fishing boat, more convenient to use.

Base above condition marine ice machine must be specially designed anti-sway evaporator for marine sea ice machines and compressor unit.

Seawater flakes, like freshwater flakes, are snowy, soft, easy to use, and have a good fresh-keeping effect, which can meet the needs of fish products for preservation and quality.

The flakes are flakes, dry and loose white ice, ranging in thickness from 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm, irregular in shape and about 12 to 45 mm in diameter.
