Portable water chiller unit RM 300 is rack mount refrigeration type water chiller, which is specially designed for 3W-5W UV laser. It is produced by Guangzhou Teyu Electromechanical Co., Ltd (also known as S&A), a professional China-based water chiller manufacturer with 16-year experience.
S&A rack mount chiller unit RM-300 can be integrated into the UV laser marking machine because of its small size and it has properly designed pipeline which can greatly reduce the generation of the bubble and help maintain the laser output of the UV laser.
Because of its long cycle life and ease of use, S&A portable water chiller unit RM-300 is very popular among users of UV laser machines. It has two temperature control modes as intelligent and constant temperature control mode. Under intelligent mode, the water temperature can automatically adjust itself according to the room temperature (the water temperature is generally 2℃ lower than the room temperature), which greatly avoid the generation of condensed water.
To avoid clogging inside S&A rack mount chiller unit RM-300, it is suggested to use purified water or clean distilled water as the circulating cooling water and change it every 3 months.
