Auto conversion and rewinding deviceUsage: polyethylene foam sheet, also named as pearl cotton. It is a kind of new-type packing material with the features of damp proof, shock proof, sound insulation, heat preservation and good plasticity. It is an ideal substitute of traditional packing materials, and widely used in the packing of fruits, instruments, bags and luggage, shoemaking, household appliances,electronic products, hardwares, furniture, fragile goods, etc.Features:

The cooling method adopt air cooling&water cooling.the temperature dropped quickly&kept constantly to ensure products get the ideal forming effect.
The filter changer system has two holes no stop, no cut off material. Automatic hydraulic screen changer, save time, production capacity can increase 10%.
Machine head control adopt diaphragm-type pressure gauge, guarantee the quality of sheet is steady.
Adopt automatic conversion and rewinding device, setting the product length and counting automatically. The longest width of the rewinding can be reach 2.8m.
There is an explosion-proof motor on the butane gas pump to ensure the safety.There are several models:
