High Quality High Speed Automatic Mini Slitter Line
This slitter cutting line is mainly composed of decoiler, slitter head, scraps baller, braking system and recoiler.
Features of TX mini slitter line:
Two models available: 650 and 850 mm
Thickness from 0.1 to 3.0 mm
Coil weight up to 10tons for decoiling and recoiling.
Line speed up to 200 m/min.
Slitting width tolerances up to +/-0.01 mm.
Minimum width of slit strip: 6mm.
Tensioning system with felt pad and tension rollers.
Recoiling ID can be various 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 508mm according to customer’s need.
Cutting with minimum burr and high number of cuts with minimum deflection of the slitter shaft.
