TLS2210A type deep hole pull boring machine
This machine tool is a special machine tool for boring long and thin tubes. It adopts the processing method of workpiece rotation (through the main shaft hole of the headstock) and the feed movement of the tool holder fixed support.In the process of boring, the oil feeder is used to supply cutting fluid, and the processing technology of forward row of chips. The tool feed adopts AC servo system to realize stepless speed regulation. The headstock of the headstock adopts multi-stage gears to change the speed, and the speed range is wide. A mechanical locking device is used for the fastening of the oil feeder and the clamping of the workpiece.
