PVC pipe production line plastic machinery
ZJF series plastic pipe production line mainly applies to the aspects of agricultural drainage, construction drainage and laying cable etc .It also can be used to produce PVC plastic pipe of various calibers and thicknesses of pipe wall.
This production line consists of taper (parallel) double screw plastic extruder, vacuum calibrator, tractor, cutting machine and unloading machine. The screw plastic extruder and tractor adopt the imported A.C.frequency control set. Both vacuum pump and pulling motor use high quality products. The tractor has two-way, three-way, four -way and six-way type. The cutting machine has blade saw cutting and planetary cutting method. We also supply lineal measure instrument and incrassation set. The set has the advantage of reliable performance and high productivity.
