Hammer Crusher working principle: The main wroking part of hammer crusher is rotos with hammer, the rorors consisf of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers.The motor drives the motor drives the rotos to roate quickly in the crushing cavit. Raw naterials enter the crusher through the feedd opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and groun bu the high-speed hammer th small size. There is a screening palte under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller then the screen meh will be screened out and other are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the stand size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screenin plate. the gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement.
