1. Introduction of product performance .
The flow line of blood typing card consists of 10 procedures, including automatic card arrangement and die-filling (i.e. arrange disorder cards into the same direction), automatic gel filling, automatic film feeding and sealing, automatic aluminum film forming via laser cutting, automatic centrifugation, automatic double-sided labeling, automatic detection, automatic boxing, automatic capping, automatic bar code scanning and QR code labeling, etc.
(1) Automatic card arrangement: arrange cards at the same direction via the vibrating disk, grasp the cards with the manipulator, place the cards into the mould after intelligent detection, ensure the card arrangement accuracy, and enter next procedure after full filling the mould with cards; 
(2) Automatic filling: stir the gel with stirring apparatus evenly, conduct multi-headed filling with the plunger pump, and different filling volumes can be set, with high accuracy and efficiency.
(3) Automatic film feeding and sealing: deliver the aluminum film via servo system, with left and right deviation of the aluminum film controlled by the deviation rectifier, so as to ensure accurate film feeding length and left & right deviation, seal at high temperature after completion of film delivering, cool it down at low temperature after sealing, ensure the tightness of the blood typing card sealing, and avoid gel leakage.
(4) Automatic aluminum foil forming via laser cutting: after sealing the blood typing card on the mould with aluminum foil, enter laser cutting aluminum foil mode, and laser cutting features high cutting speed, high efficiency, tidy cutting edges and beautiful appearance, without burrs. 
(5) Automatic centrifugation: the cards on mould automatically enter centrifugation station, place the mould automatically on the centrifugal machine fixture with the manipulator, so as to achieve automatic centrifugation; with adjustable and fast centrifugation speed, stable operation and no vibration; the gel card shall be without bubbles or wall-hanging liquid.
(6) Automatic double-sided labeling: separate the blood typing cards in the mould one by one, so as to achieve above feeding and labeling operations. With high labeling speed and accuracy, the double-sided labeling consistency can be ensured 
(7) Automatic intelligent detection: after completion of labeling, the cards will flow out automatically, the manipulator will grasp the cards and place them into the intelligent camera to detect the height of filled gel, bubbles, impurity contamination, dislocation inspection of double-sided labeling and others, the product will enter next procedure after passing the detection, and those unqualified ones will be removed and recycled on line.
(8) Automatic boxing: automatically box those qualified blood typing cards with manipulator and servo system, 12 pcs for each box, with fast boxing speed and stable machine operation, and the product will enter next procedure after boxing.
(9) Automatic box delivery: the blood typing cards will flow to automatic capping procedure after boxing, the servo system will use vacuum chuck to take the cap during feeding, and the manipulator will automatically install the cap on the box fully filled with blood typing cards, with fast capping speed, accurate positioning and stable operation.
(10) Automatic bar code scanning and QR code labeling: use barcode scanner to scan the bar code on the box fully filled with blood typing cards, then QR code will be generated and printed automatically, the manipulator will grasp the QR code and attach it on the covered cap of blood typing card, in which way the data reality and product source can be tracked.
