Automatic flocculant preparation system
Introduction
Automatic flocculant preparation system is designed for preparation of solution of powdered flocculant. The unit together with the flocculant dosing pump can be delivered in required suitable kind of material according to the customer’s requests.
Features
The equipment has the function of indication and failure warning. Therefore, the auto-run and emergency stopping is achieved.
Screw conveyor supply with exact feeding to avoid underfeeding or overfeeding.
Proportion of the powder and water could be regulated freely, desired concentration of solution can be easily procured.
Application
Automatic flocculant preparation system is suitable for all flocculant preparation system and it can be adjusted to meet the special requirements.
Working principle
According to the required concentration of the system, the speed of feeding transducer is adjusted. Automatic detect material level, liquid level. Automatic stir and feed water according to liquid level and run recycle.
