Automatic flocculant preparation system
Introduction
Automatic flocculant preparation system is designed for preparation of solution of powdered flocculant. The unit together with the flocculant dosing pump can be delivered in required suitable kind of material according to the customer’s requests.

Screw conveyor supply with exact feeding to avoid underfeeding or overfeeding.
Proportion of the powder and water could be regulated freely, desired concentration of solution can be easily procured.

Working principle
According to the required concentration of the system, the speed of feeding transducer is adjusted. Automatic detect material level, liquid level. Automatic stir and feed water according to liquid level and run recycle.
