ALCD--3200mm Nonwoven Chemical-bonded Wadding Oven Non Woven Fabric Making Machine
The ALCD--3200mm Chemical-bonded Wadding Oven is a high-capacity nonwoven machine specially designed for the production of chemically bonded wadding materials. It integrates advanced control systems with full PLC automation and a separated electric control box with touch panel operation.
This nonwoven fabric making machine supports multiple production stages including bale opening, blending, fiber feeding, carding, cross lapping, baking, ironing, and cutting. It's compatible with PET hollow fibers, low melting fibers, and more.
Equipped with SIEMENS BADER motors, Anchuan inverters, and CHNT low-voltage components, it ensures stable performance, high output capacity, and customizable control. Developed and manufactured by DongYang Aolong Nonwoven Equipment Co., Ltd., this machine is ideal for bedding, garments, and insulation applications.
