Description of stainless steel tube mill: Unique designing, provided with rational structure. Horizontal shaft has high quality heat treatment twice. Framework thick and high quality casting, finished via accurate grinding etc. Polishing cover is made by stainless steel. Cutting part is the style of wallboard jointing, and processed via closed planer. Component of the electric apparatus will be Siemens brand and Schneider brand. 80 type worm gear boxes transmission;

Precision type roller material: Cr12Mov, heat treated in vacuum, hardness HRC61～63, machining
again after heat treated. CAD design and CNC made.
3 units of seam grinding units, grinding motor 3kw/unit, chroming on head support with independent
water rotation case;
Double Turks head(straightening); steel casting with wire-electrode cutting;
Cutting system: 2.2kw motor, auto saw blade cutting section with water cooling system; pneumatic
clamping tube;
Tube running out system: connecting with cutting station, auto blanking with tube carrier.
