The allowable line diameter, the maximum weight, the width of the line and the precision of the equipment should be noted, these parameters are the basic data to determine whether the equipment meets the requirements of the winding.

Equipment attachment setting and data determination

After debugging personnel being familiar with the function of equipment and parameters, it also needs to adjust the tension of the bobbin machine and winding mold data to determine. In general, the larger the diameter of the wire is used, the greater the tension is. The range of tension adjustment for the equipment of different manufacturers is different, and the tension required for the use of aluminum wire and copper wire is also different. The tension required for the same line of aluminum wire is smaller than that of the copper wire, and the tension adjustment over the assembly leads to the smaller line diameter around the die. If it is a fine line, there will be a break, a knot, and so on. If the tension is too small, the coil will be swollen and the line will be disordered. Therefore, the tension adjustment is a key setting. The width and height of the die should be noted for the determination of the winding die. Whether or not it matches the wire rod, it will affect the loading and unloading of the mold, and the loose will result in the effect of the die sloshing on the line effect.
