APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
In petrochemical, boiler and wind power flange industries, this machine is used for tubesheets, clapboard and flanges. Also, it is used for joint plates in building, bridge, iron tower, etc.

● The feeding system adopts advanced CNC power head.
● CNC slider and drilling unit power head can control depth of holes.
● This machine has multi-point clamping system, automatic chip-removal system and coolant circulation cooling system.
● Programming software is based on Windows with CAD/CAM connection.
● Key machinery, hydraulic pressure, electric components are chosen from famous cooperation domestic and abroad.
● This machine can find automatically pot to drill holes in X/Y axis. Spindle rotation speed and feed velocity are stepless adjustment.
● This machine has all kinds of safe monitor and alarm stop system.
● T-groove is set on lathe bed.
