MJK84 economic type CNC roll grinding machine is a grinding wheel mobile type CNC roll grinding machine designed, developed and manufactured independently by our company by introducing, absorbing advanced manufacturing technology from abroad and combining with the actual situation in China. Under the condition of ensuring the basic function, this machine adopts new structure and new configuration, which is an economical and applicable product.
Application areas:
MJK84 economic type CNC roll grinding machine is suitable for grinding working rolls and supporting rolls on rolling mills in the metallurgical industry, rolls on paper machines in the paper industry, various press sticks in the rubber industry, various metal and non-metal press rolls in the printing and dyeing industry, etc.
The machine tool can perform the following operations.
(1) Grinding cylindrical and conical roll surfaces
(2) Grinding roll surfaces with medium convex and medium concave surfaces
Design features:
The workpiece is clamped on the fixed spindle center of the headstock, and the flower disk drives the workpiece to rotate, which is decelerated by a stepless speed-controlled DC motor through a three-stage triangular-type belt. The tailstock is equipped with an adjusting sleeve with the center. In addition, it is also equipped with workpiece top tightening force display device and grinding wheel dresser. The headstock and tailstock are equipped with control buttons. In the state of roll grinding, the grinding wheel automatically retreats from the surface of the workpiece in case of power failure or emergency stop to protect the equipment and personal safety.
During machine adjustment and grinding, the lateral feed movement of the grinding wheel holder can be realized in the following ways.
(1) Rapid approaching and retreating from the workpiece.
(2) Coarse feed by hand crank.
(3) Micro-feeding.
(4) Pre-selection and cyclic feed of the grinding wheel.
(5) Continuous automatic compensation of grinding wheel degrain.
