Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine
Description:
This roof panel forming machine is suitable for manufacturing colored steel roofing panel. The machine includes decoiler, roll former, cutter, hydraulic pump station, product table, and cabinet, etc. Its normal material thickness is roll coating with 0.3-0.8mm, and its forming width is equal to or less than 1250mm. The specific roof panel profile can be designed and made in line with customers' specific requirements, such as corrugation shape, ladder shape, and IBR, etc.
Properties:
This machine is fully automatically controlled by PLC, and operated by touch screen. And it has high speed forming process and makes little noise. The equipment adopts welded frame of high intensity. After fine finish, forming rollers get heat treatment before chromeplate. So this equipment has features of stable performance and long service life.
Operation and Points That Need Attention:
The roof panel forming machine is totally controlled by PLC. Therefore, only by inputting related production data, such as number of products, length and punching dimension, users can start this machine to do manufacturing.
If users want to adjust this machine or something else, they have to stop the machine first before carrying out relevant operation.
Maintenance and Lubrication:
Users have to regularly do lubrication for chains of chainwheel, bearings and speed reducer, etc. And the forming rollers should be kept clean.
Transportation and Packaging:
This kind of machine should adopt sea shipping by container and nude packing.
