(Titan)Y81-1000hydraulic metal baler
1.Application:
Y81 series of hydraulic metal baler are mainly used in recycling companies, steel plants, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press the metal scraps into acceptable fumace charges or shapes(cuboid, cylinder or octagon), convenient for storing, and can reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, increase speed of fumace charging.
2.Features:
1)Hydraulic drive for all machine types, manual valve control or PLC control.
2) Uses the slow fast start form, When commutation is steady. Divergence. Reduced system impact
3) The structure is durable, no footing bolts needed in installation; diesel engine can be equipped or generator for power.
4) Baling force 10 grades from 130 to 1000 tons; productivity from 12 to 150 tons per shift(8 hours)
5)Easily operation, high effeciency, and less power comsumption
6) Bale-discharging: turn bag or push bag or using forklift to make the bale out.
7) The chamber box size and bale size can be made according to the clients' requirements, as well as the two sides of knives on the chamber box.
