TX’s heavy gauge cut-to-length lines are capable to process the heavy gauge coils with width up to 2500mm and thickness up to 25mm.

TX’s CLT cutting line for heavy gauge material is composed of the components below:

1)Double cone uncoilers with stepped mandrels

2)Coil unwinding system

3)Pinch roll & straightener / flattener

4)Slitter head or edge trimmer for trimmer

5)One or dual levellers

6)Flying shear / start-stop cut shear

7)Bomb door stacker

8)Scale brushing and extracting unit(optional for hot rolled material like steel, stainless steel, aluminium)
