The arrival reclaim/auto-sortingcarousel shall be coated with aluminium or steel bearers and overlapping black slats. They shall form a closed loop. Each bearer shall have 2 low-noise bearing wheels, which will roll along the welded steel frame. When the reclaim carousel is started, the system shall give an audible and visual alarm, and two roller shutters shall open; only when the two roller shutters fully open, the reclaim carousel can operate. The system has an automatic shutdown function for energy saving; when the system is out of action, the roller shutters will automatically close. The reclaim/auto-sorting carousel shall use a soft starter to start up.
