Automatic flute laminating machine are designed for laminating cardboard and corrugated board (Flute shape A, B, C, D, E, F and N), 3 layer, 5 layer, or 7 layer corugated paperboard all can be laminated smoothly and accurately. UF3 series automatic flute laminating machine adopts chain pusher and back registration system together with spring blade side lay and vacuum sucking conveying system which make this machine fit a wide range of paper and have high precision.
The glue roller adopts high design, match with reticulated roller which improve the coating uniformity and reduce the production cost.
The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.
This machine is suitable for A,B,C,D,E,F corrugated board.
Top feeding unit
Put the paperboard on the flat plate, this unit automatically up to the designated location,
feeder deliver the paperboard by vacuum absorption.
Bottom feeding unit
This unit adopted the unique electrical transmission structure, ensure the high speed of sheet
conveying and accuracy and not deflect. The transmitting belt has strong adaptability of the
corrugated paper.
Electrical unit：
According to the European CE standard design, to ensure that the whole machine is stable, high efficiency, low failure, combined with the man-machine interface and PLC to warn, detection the fault, operating speed and other information displayed on the screen.
