FZ90V 90 Degree Hydraulic Flip Machine (Coil tilter, upender )
Product Introduction:
The flip device consists of a flip frame, a support, 2 hydraulic cylinders, a base and other components. The flip frame is protected by a steel coil. The flip frame can be forward and reverse flip at 90 degrees as required, and the hydraulic cylinder and the flip frame are articulated to make the action flexible and reliable
Product capability
1, The flipping device is mainly welded using ordinary high-quality steel plates.
2, Steel plate cutting all using laser plasma cutting, to ensure the precision of cutting, and product appearance quality.
3, The welding seam is processed by carbon dioxide gas protection welding to ensure the welding strength.
4 ,The flip frame adopts the whole processing technology after welding forming, which avoids the bad influence such as the deformation after welding and improves the overall quality of the equipment.
