Application:
AMG-GP Series and are specially designed to crush plastic films and sheets. The machine equipped with two feeding mouth. The auto-feeding mouth adopted speed adjustable gear motor, pneumatic cylinder and roller system for automatic feeding of film and thermo forming plastic sheet rolls. This plastic crusher machine can be installed online of plastic thermoforming production line. The manual feeding mouth are used to feed and crush different hard and soft plastic wastes in different shapes like PET Bottles, PP/PE films, PVC pipes and fittings, plastic blocks, plastic sheets, etc.

l Optimized designed bearings block keep dust away, with low running temperature for long life using
l V-shaped blades, Claw blades and Flat blades are optional for different plastic wastes
l Electric motor screw device for opening and closing cutting chamber to save manpower
l Separate structure design for cutting chamber and screen mesh, easy to clean and maintenance
l Safety switch to protect people, overload device to protect motor
l Fixed with shockproof pad to reduce vibration and noise.
