ThemainfunctionofDSHD-0168PetroleumProductsColorTesteristodeterminethecolorofvariouslubricatingoilsandotherpetroleumproducts.Thespecificoperationstepsistofilltestsampleintocolorcomparingtubeandcomparesamplecolorwithstandardcolortoascertainitscolornumber.AndrefertotheattachedcolornumbercomparingsheettofindoutthesimilaritybetweencolornumberoftheinstrumentandcolornumberinstandardGB/T6540.
B:Maintechnicalspecificationsandparameters1.Theinstrumentiscomposedofstandardcolordial,observationlens,lightsourceandcolorcomparingtube.2.Thelightsourceisa220V,100W,withtemperatureof2750±50Kgrindingmilkwhitelightbulb.Afterfilteringcolorbymilkwhiteglassandsunshinefilteringglass,thespectrumcharacteristicsoflightgainedfromsunshineissimilartoit.Thestandardlightwillchangeintotwoparallellights,whichissimilarinsize,troughplanereflectionmirrorandprism.Theparallellightswillirradiateonsampleinthecolorcomparingtubeonthecolorglassofstandardcolordialevenlyandrespectively.3.Thereare26piecesofΦ14lightholes.Andstandardcolorglasseshaving1～25colornumberareinstalledinthe25oftheseholesinsequence.The26holeisblank.Thecolordialisrotatedbyahandwheelinstalledatrightsideofinstrumenttochoosethecorrectcolorduringcolorcomparingtest.Thestandardcolorcomparingglassonthecolordialshouldbecalibratedbystandardcolorcomparingliquids.4.ThecolorcomparingtubeisΦ32mm,120～130mmhighnon-colorfulflatbottomglasstube.Thecolorcomparingtubeisplacedintoinstrumenttroughalidonthetopoftheinstrument.5.Theobservationlensiscomposedofconcavemirrorandseparatedbar.Youcanseetwosemicirclecolorsthroughobservationlens.Therightsemicircleisstandardcolor.Thelightandfocusofopticalobservationlenscanbeadjusted,soitiseasytobeused.
