DSHD-255GBoilingRangeTesterisdesignedaccordingtheNationalStandardofPeople’sRepublicofChinaGB/T7534-2004“TestMethodsforBoilingRangeofVolatileOrganicLiquidsforIndustrialUse”.
DSHD-255GBoilingRangeTesteriswidelyusedtodetermineboilingrangeofvolatileorganicliquidsforindustrialuseandorganicsolventsformaterial.
DSHD-255GBoilingRangeTestercanalsobeusedtodeterminedistillationcharacteristicsofgasoline,aviationgasoline,jetfuelsandsimilarpetroleumproductswhenyouoperatingwithproperflasks.
B:Maintechnicalfeatures:
(1)TheelectricfurnaceismainlycomposedofSiCfurnacebase,1000W,220Velectricheatingwire,andSiCboard,whichcanwithstandhightemperature.Theheightoftheelectricfurnacecanbeadjustedusingtheheightadjustmentknobontheelectricfurnacecase.Itsheatingpowercanbecontrolledbyvoltageadjustmentknobonthecontrolpanel.(2)TheelectricfurnacemovingboardsaremadeofSiCboards.Thediametersofholeonthemareφ38mm,andφ50mmrespectively.(3)Thewaterbathiscomposedofoverflowtube,temperatureadjustmenttube,andwaterbath.Thebathsizeis244mm×167mm×176mm(4)Theelectricfurnacecaseismadeofcoldrolledsteelsheet.Thereisanobservationwindowinthefrontofuppersection.Theelectricfurnaceanddistillationflaskareinstalledonit.Theelectriccircuitcontrollingpartisinstalledonthelowersectionofthecase.(5)Thedistillationflaskismadeofhardenglass.Theouterdiameterofballtypesectionoftheflaskisφ65mm.Theinnerdiameteroftheflaskneckisφ16.9mm.Theanglebetweenthebranchtubeandflaskneckis75±3°.(6)Thecondensationtubeismadeofcoppertubeofφ14.Itsoutletlikesarc.Itisabout560mmwhenitisstraighten.(7)Thegraduatedflaskis100ml;itsscaledivisionis1ml(8)Thethermometerisglassmercurytype
