Function:
Theinstrumentisaninclinationmeasurementinstrumentofnewtype,whichadoptshighprecisionfiberopticgyroscopeasthemeasurementcomponent.
Theinstrumentisapreciseanddigitalboreholeinclinometerofnewtype,whichisspeciallydesignedtodetermineslopeandorientationofboreholeinmagneticareaorboreholewithironcasingtube.
Theinstrumentcanpreciselydeterminethedipangleandazimuthangleforverticalanddirectionalboreholeinmagneticarea,and/orforverticalanddirectionalboreholewithironcasingtube.
Theinstrumentcanbewidelyusedforboreholemeasurementinmetallurgy,engineering,oilfield,coalfield,andgeology,etc.
Equippedwithspecialoperationsoftware,Theinstrumentcanshowandprintoutinclinationmeasurementdatasheetofborehole,plotplanediagram,sectionaldiagram,sideprojectiondiagram,andspacetracediagramofborehole.Thecomputercanprocessandsavemeasurementdata,andplotplaneprojectiondiagramand3Dtrajectorydiagram.
Theinstrumentadoptsprecisefiberopticgyroscopeastheazimuthanglemeasurementcomponent,soithascharacteristicsofsmallvolume,longusefullife,impactandshakeresistance,tinyzeropointdrift.Itistheperfectorientationsensorforazimuthanglemeasurementinmagneticareaandinboreholewithironcasingtube.
Theinstrumentadoptsaprecisedouble-axisdipanglesensorasthemeasurementcomponentofdipangle.ThemeasurementdataofdipanglecanbedeterminedaftersamplingbyADconverterof24digitsanddataprocessing.
Theinstrumentcandeterminethenorthazimuthangleofboreholeatanytimewithoutsurfaceorientation,soitistimeandlaborsaving.Itcanmeettherequirementsonmeasurementaccuracy.
