If there is a lack of flow then an alarm is given with beeping audio alarm and flashing LED.OPERATIONTypically a pump is controlled by another sensing device and will start pumping; the flow alarm allows a delay time for flow to be detected. (selectable 5s or 30s) If no flow is detected in this time, then the alarm is given.SILENCING ALARMDuring an alarm, the green button can be pushed to temporarily silence the alarm for 5 mins or 60 mins. (selectable)TEST BUTTONWhen there is no alarm condition the button serves to test the battery power and the circuitry. The circuit buffers the readings so fluctuations are filtered. After 10 or 30 seconds (selectable) of no-flow, the unit responds with an alarm.
