Hysteresis alloys (Iron-Cobalt- Vanadium)Representive Grades: 2J4,Website:, 2J7, 2J10, 2J11, 2J51, 2J52, 2J53Note: A ductile, semi-hard magnetic alloy which has been used in laminations for hysteresis motors. Alloy exhibits highest efficiency (loss per unit magnetic field strength) of any known material. Vicalloy I is a cobalt-vandium-iron ductile permanent magnet alloy. The material is used in electrical and electronic applications. Magnetic properties are optimized by heat-treating cold rolled material.
