Model button battery in situ expansion test system
System overview:
The in situ expansion testing system of model bonded battery adopts high-precision displacement sensor and high-stability structure system, which can test the expansion thickness curve of model bonded battery in situ and quickly analyze the expansion performance of active materials. The system is widely used in the fields of symmetric battery, half battery, full battery and solid state battery, providing accurate and reliable testing means for battery developers.
How it works:
The system uses a high-precision displacement sensor to monitor the thickness change of the battery during charging and discharging in real time, so as to evaluate the expansion behavior of the battery. The displacement sensor captures tiny changes in the thickness of the battery and is analyzed and recorded by a data processing system. At the same time, the system also has a high sealing fixture, which provides a sealed test environment for battery and solid electrolyte testing.

In situ test: The system enables in situ test of the model button battery during charging and discharging without removing the battery or destroying its structure.
High-precision measurement: The system uses a high-precision displacement sensor with a resolution of up to 0.1μm and an accuracy of +1um, which can accurately measure the expansion thickness change of the battery.
