KE300G Series Explosion-proof Movement Inverter

The main difficulty of the explosion proof variable frequency drive is the heat dissipation problem. Because all components of the explosion-proof movement frequency converter are installed in the explosion-proof cabinet cavity, air cannot flow, the problem of heat dissipation becomes the key problem. The main divergencesource of KE300G series explosion proof inverter comes from the IGBT drive switching frequency. Our company has successfully solved this problem through the self-developed core IGBT drive circuit and the optimized design of the heat dissipation structure.

The main control system uses 32-bit high-speed DSP, integrated PG-free vector control, V/f control, and torque control.

The optimized motor parameter identification model can effectively reduce the sensitivity to motor parameters and make self-learning more accurate.

High starting torque: 150% of starting torque can be provided when it is at 0.5Hz;

Fast dynamic response: Under the vector control mode without PG, the dynamic response time is less than 20ms;

Built-in PID regulator can easily form a closed-loop control system for process quantities such as temperature, pressure and flow.

It has automatic fault reset and power-off reset functions to ensure continuous production and production efficiency.

Perfect protection functions: overvoltage/under-voltage protection, inverter overheat protection, ground fault protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overload protection, etc.
