AlMnFe/Aluminum Manganese Ferro alloy
Application: 1, AlMnFe is widely used in the process of deoxidization especially on the steel H08, Cold welding steel etc. 2, In the continuous casting process, it can help avoid nozzle clogging.
Advantage: 1) It has idea melting point, specific gravity and boiling point to connect with oxygen. Besides, it floats slowly onto the surface, can melt completely and reduce inclusions in the steel greatly. 2) AlMnFe has advantages of improving steel quality, reducing the Al consumption, simplifying deoxidation process and increasing economic benefit.
