Silicon Briquette
Silicon Briquette: 1) Silicon slag is a by-product from the manufacturer of silicon metal, it is a kind of mixture which contains the main content Silicon (30%~70%) and other components such as C, S, P, Al, Fe. 2) It is a good substitute for FeSi in steel making, which has advantage in lowing the cost of production and reusing resource. 3) Usually we use silicon slag to produce silicon briquette which is far and wide market in domestic and international.
Application: We have specialized processing factory to grade silicon slag for different applications as follows: 1. Silicon content from 30~50% is used for silicon addition for iron making in the blast furnace and cupola;
2. Silicon content from 50~70% is used for the deoxidization of steel making. We can also supply briquette type from the granular silicon slag for your choice.
Chemical Composition: Si:30%~70% C:4%~20%
S:0.4%max P:0.05%max Al:5%max
Certification: 1) ISO Approval 2) Certified as "Qualified &Reliable" manufacturer by CIQ
3) Mill's test report as each 1MT p.p bag by CIQ
Production Lead Time &Shippment: 1.Prompt producing after order,with 20tons capability/a day 2.Shipment within 5 working days after production.(ship to Korea&Japan about two days;ship to Brazil(North America) about 35 days)
