Ferro silicon Nitride
The main component of Ferro silicon Nitride is Silicon nitride, along with the free-Fe, un-nitride ferro silicon and a small amount of mixture of other ingredients. Refractory grade ferro silicon nitride powde is gray-white (or dark brown) powder, steelmaking grade ferro silicon nitride is gray-white granular material.
Application:
Powdery ferro silicon nitride is mainly used in the blast furnace of the closure work stemming, also used in iron trough feeding or other unshaped refractory.
Granular ferro silicon nitride is mainly used for oriented silicon steel or other steels which is improved the strength by nitrides ( eg, HRB400 rebar).
Note: Also can supply10-100mm ,0-200meshblocks,tablets,powder according to users’ requirements.
