MgO LiNbO3 Nonliear Crystals
DescriptionSome applications of pure MgO:LiNbO3 crystal are limited by its relative low optical damage threshold. While when doped with 5mol% magnesium oxide,Website:, MgO:LiNbO3 crystal shows 1-2 orders of magnitude increase in optical damage threshold, coercive field for domain reversal also decreases from 21KV/mm to 6KV/mm below, UV-absorption edge position shifts to 310nm and OH-infrared absorption peak to 3535cm-1,which greatly develops the application of MgO:LiNbO3 crystal.
