Hydrophilic aluminum foil fin stock
The fin stock hydrophilic aluminum foil is treated with hydrophilicity on the aluminum foil. After special treatment, a hydrophilic layer is coated on the surface of the fin. The condensed water will quickly spread on the fin stock hydrophilic aluminum foil and will not condense into water. The beads increase the heat exchange area, speed up the cooling and heating, and effectively prevent the condensed water from obstructing the noise generated by the air flow.
Fin stock has the following effects
1. Excellent hydrophilicity and corrosion resistance;
2, good formability and non-abrasive to the mold;
3, very strong resistance to stamping oil, solvent, heat resistance;
4. The airflow resistance is small, and the heat exchange rate can generally be increased by 10%-15%.
