Sulphur cored wireis made up of sulphur powder encased by a steel strip, hydrogen is produced when liquid steel is fed.
Hydrogen gas in the molten steel will cause bubbling and pinholes on the surface of the product, affect the texture of free-cutting steel.
When feeding into the sulfur cored wire, you have to blow argon at the bottom and deliver it mechanically, thus can reduce the cost.

Add the sulphur to the stainless steel molten steel, it helps to improve the cutting performance of finished steel, change the morphology of vulcanized inclusion and improve the machinability.
