Hardalloys
Hard Alloys can replace tablets completely ,user can enjoy lower costs ,less wastage,and higher aluminium product quality.
Hardeners are alloys that cannot be made via common manufacturing processes and usually the element concentrations is higher than aluminum. For example, AIMn80 contains 80% manganese, AlFe60 contains 60% iron, and AICr55 contains 55% chromium. Aluminum alloy with unique physical properties can be produced by adding hardener into aluminum. Electric Cables made using AlFe60 hardener have much better tensile strength than those made using AlFe20 alloys. The physical properties of aluminum sheets for aviation use made suing AIMn80 hardeners are better than those made using with AIMn20 alloys.
