Palisade fittingsare some small components of palisade fence andpalisade gate, including the pales bolts & nuts, posts bolts & nuts, post clamps, fishplates, these palisade fence fittings make the palisade fence and gate into a complete security fence, so they are indispensable for the palisade fence and gate.

Post clamps

Palisade post clamps are used to connect the palisade rails and the palisade post. We can supply end type, straight type and corner type, you can choose suitable one for your application.

A palisade post clamp has two slots at one side.
PFI-1:End palisade post clamp is used to fix the palisade post and rails at the end of the fence.
A palisade post clamp has four slots at the two opposite sides.
PFI-2:Straight palisade post clamp is used to fix the straight palisade fence.
A palisade post clamp that has four slots at two adjacent sides.
PFI-3:Corner palisade post clamp can be used at the corner of palisade fence or gate.

Specification:

  • Material:low carbon steel, mild steel, hot or cold rolled steel, stainless steel.
  • Surface treatment:hot-dipped galvanized or electric galvanized, PVC coated, powder coated.
  • Size:50 × 50 mm, 76 × 76 mm.
  • Thickness:3 mm.
  • Width:29 mm to 45 mm.
  • Slots:suitable for M8 or M12 bolts.

Palisade fishplates

Palisade post plate is a small fittings which is used to fix the palisade post and the horizontal rails, we are able to provide three types, straight fishplates, corner fishplates and end fishplates, they can be used for different sizes palisade fence and palisade gate.

A straight palisade fishplates with two slots at the both ends.
PFI-4:Straight palisade fishplates is used for the straight palisade fence.
A bending palisade post clamp with two slots at the both ends.
PFI-5:Corner palisade fishplates is used to fixed the post and the rails at the 90 degree corner
A T type palisade fishplates with one slot at the long side.
PFI-6:End palisade fishplates is used to fix the palisade post and the rail at the end of the fence.

Specification:

  • Material:low carbon steel, mild steel, hot or cold rolled steel.
  • Surface treatment:galvanized coated, PVC coated, powder coated.
  • Size:50 × 50 mm, 76 × 76 mm or as your need.
  • Thickness:6 mm to 8 mm or as your need.
  • Slots:suitable for M8 to M12 bolts.

Bolts and nuts

Bolts and nuts are fittings that can tightly connect the palisade pales, posts, rails and clamps, you can choose the suitable one for your fence and gate.

Two pairs of bolts and nuts, their surface are galvanized coated.
PFI-7:The bolts and nuts with different sizes can be used for different palisade fences.

  • Material:stainless steel, low carbon steel.
  • Surface treatment:hot-dipped galvanized or electric galvanized.
  • Bolt size:M6, M8 and M12.
