Alnico rectangular magnet is a part of the block magnet family. It can be divided into cast alnico and sintered alnico magnet. Its magnetic strength is not as high as that of neodymium block magnet. But this rectangular magnet has excellent temperature stability and can be used at temperatures up to 500 ℃. Therefore, alnico rectangular magnet is also one of the important industrial magnets. We have a large number of Grade 8 alnico rectangular magnets and grade 5 alnico rectangular magnets for sale, which are available in various sizes and shapes, but not all of them are shown on this website.

AlNiCo Block Magnets
Square alnico is one of the conventional shapes（known as rectangular AlNiCo block magnets）, which can be processed by sintering and casting process. As the first generation of permanent magnet block, square alnico block magnet is mainly composed of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and iron.The long block magnets are called AlNiCo bar magnets. Alnico block magnet has the best temperature coefficient, and the maximum working temperature can reach 500 ℃. Alnico block magnets do not need protective coating because of its excellent corrosion resistance.
