Sheet, thickness range from 1mm to 6mm ;the most widely used form of aluminum, is found in all of the aluminum industry’s major markets. In packaging, sheet is used to manufacture cans and packages. In transportation, aluminum sheet is used to manufacture panels for automobile bodies and tractor trailers. Sheet is used in home appliances and cookware. In building and construction, it is formed into products including siding, gutters, roofing, awnings and carports. Sheet aluminum can be color-anodized to black, gold, red, blue and hundreds of other colors. It can be etched to a matte finish, polished to a sparkling brightness or textured to resemble wood and painted.

Hardness of aluminium sheet material: the hardness of aluminium sheet material is the main consideration of many buyers, and different aluminum sheet grades hardness is directly related to the aluminium sheet metal properties of the alloy. Corrosion resistance: corrosion resistance includes chemical corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance. The selection criterion of aluminium sheet material corrosion resistance should be determined according to the application site. The machinability of aluminium plain sheet is poor, and moulds and mechanical parts require better machinability.
Solderability: most aluminium sheet material have no problem with weldability, but different aluminum sheet metal manufacturers may produce aluminium sheet material that is specially designed for welding and difficult to weld.
Decorative: when aluminum sheet types is used for decoration or some special places, it is necessary to stop anodizing and coating the surface of alu sheet in order to obtain the corresponding color and texture. Aluminum sheet plate with good corrosion resistance has excellent anodic treatment performance, appearance treatment performance and coating performance.
