APPLICATION
Fiberglass reinforced mortar pipework is a lightweight, high-strength and corrosion-resistant nonmetallic pipe. It is a kind of glass fiber with a resin-based weight that is intertwined on the revolving core mold layer by layer, and quartz sand is evenly and remotely laid between fibers as the sand layer. Its pipe wall structure is reasonable and advanced and can give full play to the role of the material, which improves the stiffness and ensures product stability and reliability on the premise of meeting the use intensity. The fiberglass reinforced mortar pipework is characterized by chemical corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength, no scaling and strong shock resistance. Compared with a common steel pipe, it has a longer service life, low comprehensive cost, quick installation, safety, and reliability, and it has been widely accepted by the users.
Fiberglass pipes are used in petroleum, chemical and drainage industries, etc. The production of fiberglass pipes in China is developing rapidly, the number is increasing year by year, and the application scope and departments are increasingly wider.
The fiberglass pipes are made of resin (food-grade resin is used for conveying drinking water), fiberglass and quartz sand as raw materials and are manufactured by a special process.
