Calcined bauxite
The main ingredientof bauxite also known asaluminaisaluminum oxide.
It is an earthy mineral colored white or graywhite and could also appear to be brown yelloworlightredduetoironinside it .
Calcined Bauxite is produced by high temperature calcination.
Product usage
(1)AluminumIndustry. Used for national defense, aviation, automotive, electric appliance, chemical industry, daily necessities, etc
(2)PrecisionCasting.Calcined bauxite powder can be used for produce mold precision casting and used for military industry, aviation, communication, instrument, machinery and medical equipment department.
(3)Used for Refractory Product .The refractoriness of calcined bauxite could be as high as 1780 ℃ .And it also has excellent chemical stability and good physical properties.
(4)SilicateAluminumRefractoryFiber. With advantages such as light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity and mechanical shock resistance .It can be used for steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical industry ,astronavigation , atomic energy, national defense and other industries. The calcined bauxite is added into the high temperature electric arc furnace which is about 2000 ~ 2200 ℃ and then process by high temperature melting, high pressure and high speed air or steam injection, cooling and then it become into SilicateAluminumRefractoryFiber which is white as cotton.It can be pressed into fiber blanket, fiber board or woven into cloth to instead of high temperature industrial furnace lining brick of smelting, chemical , glass industry and other industry . Firefighters can use refractory fiber cloth to make clothes.
⑸Manufacture alumina cement, abrasive materials, ceramic industry and other aluminum compounds in chemical industry which for alumina produce.
