The PPGI Production Line
With annual capacity of 200,000 MT per year, about 400-500 MT per day.
The unit speed is 120 m/min. It is one of the most advanced production lines in Shandong.
The PLC automatic controlling system provides guarantee for automatic and continuous operation of the color coating strip, whose thickness range is 0.14-0.8 mm and width 750-1300 mm.
The Origin of the PPGI/Color Coated Steel
The color coated steel sheet is nearly three decades of rapid and continuous international units by chemical pretreatment, initial coating, fine coated process is refined. The coating quality than forming metal surface of a single spraying or brushing the quality is more uniform, more stable, better.
