Structure and working principle:
Air box pulse bag filter dust collector is composed of shell (usually 5mm carbon steel plate welded), bracket and pulse cleaning system, ash bucket, ash discharge device and other components. When the dust-laden gas enters the PPC air box pulse bag filter from the air inlet, it first hits the inclined baffle in the middle of the air inlet and the air flow turns into the ash hopper. At the same time, the air speed becomes slower, and the coarse particles in the gas are caused by the inertia. Dust directly falls into the ash hopper and plays the role of pre-collecting dust. After entering the ash hopper, the airflow is folded upward and passes through the dust bag inside the metal dust-removing frame. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters. The clean room in the upper part of the baghouse is collected and discharged to the outlet pipe. The discharged clean air completely meets the national requirements for emission standards, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%.
