Hot-dip galvanized wire is also made of high quality low carbon steel wire rod (Q195, Q235). It is processed by drawing molding, pickling rust removal, high temperature annealing, galvanizing, cooling and so on. It is only different from galvanized wire that the galvanizing process of hot-dip galvanized wire is to soak the steel wire in molten zinc solution, also known as hot-dip plating.
