seems very simple, but quite a few friends don't know how to install printing paper. Please read the following steps to use machine fast and easily.

1). Open the top cover, then place the paper roll as the picture. Close the top cover.

2). Then tear the excess paper away.

(Note: the paper head should be placed closely under the slot. Pull the paper out and leave a piece of paper outside. When the paper is finished loading and if you can't confirm it, please just push the piece of paper outside and draw it on the paper with your nails. If you can make a black mark, you put it in the right place. You also can try a small transaction to see if you can print the ticket correctly.)

1. Pull out the printing paper head.

2. Invert and reverse the paper, then insert it into the top hole of the printer.

3. Rotate counterclockwise the wheel on the left of POS (There is feed paper key in some POS, and please just hold down it).

4. The printing paper will come out from a paper hole at the bottom of the machine. The side with words of the paper stands right face to you. The installation is finished.

Generally speaking, it is easy to load printing paper in POS machine. Open the paper slot cover, put the paper in and press the cover in place.
