New Tech High Quality Automatic Lotion Cosmetic Plastic Bottle Capping Machine
This bottle filling and capping machine is designed for medium-dose bottle filling. It features assisted bottle arranging and feeding, disc fixing position, filling functions as well as vibratory cap feeding and rotary head capping. The unit is compact and easy to coordinate with other line equipment. It also includes a protective cover made of PC board and 304 stainless steel frame. It uses rollers to sort and load bottles, a disc to position the peristaltic pump for filling, a cap sorting disc to vibrate the lower cap, and a capping head to cap. The structure of this machine is compact, reasonable, easy to maintain, and can be easily linked with other equipment to form a line.
