Black PET film 0.1mm
PET sheet is a new type of material developed in recent years. With its excellent toughness, high strength, high transparency, and excellent environmental performance that it can be recycled and reused, and does not produce harmful gases when burned, it has gradually been greatly appreciated by consumers and producers. 1. It has excellent transparency and smoothness, and has a good display effect.
2. Excellent surface decoration performance, can be printed without surface treatment, easy to emboss patterns, easy to metal treatment.

4. Good barrier properties to oxygen and water vapor.
5. Good chemical resistance, can withstand the erosion of various chemical substances.
6. It is non-toxic and has reliable hygienic performance. It can be used for the packaging of food, medicine and medical equipment, and can be sterilized by gamma rays.
7. It has good adaptability to environmental protection, and can be recycled and reused economically and conveniently; when the waste is incinerated, it does not produce harmful substances that endanger the environment. The thermoforming performance is good, which is equivalent to ordinary PVC sheet, and PET thermoforming products with excellent performance can be obtained by vacuum forming; PET sheet is considered to be an ideal packaging material that meets the requirements of environmental protection.

Color: transparent, porcelain white, color chips, customized according to user needs or samples
use:
1. Vacuum forming: food packaging, toy boxes, stationery boxes, gift boxes and tools, hardware packaging;
2. Antistatic application: electronic parts packaging, permanent conductive sheet, permanent antistatic sheet, permanent semi-conductive sheet;
3. General purpose: blister, folding box, packaging, printing, card making, etc.
Performance parameters:
1. Density 1.33g/cm Oxygen permeability 4-4.5cm*mm/(m*24h*0.1mpa)
2. Tensile strength longitudinal 53MPA moisture permeability ≈ 3G*mm/(M*24H); transverse 53MPA maximum operating temperature is nearly 70 degrees
3. The elongation at break is 250% longitudinally and 250% laterally
4. Heating dimensional change longitudinal ≤ 5% transverse ≤ 5%
