The Details of Flexible PTFE Fabric for Fire Shutter Door
Flexible PTFE fabric for fire shutter door is made of high quality imported glass fiber yarn, woven into special fiberglass fabric and then impregnated with PTFE resin on both sides. The material is high temperature resistant up to 300℃, chemical resistant and flame retardant, provides unique high tensile strength and tear resistance. Special solvent is added to make this fabric more flexible to enhance lifetime.
The fabric can be sewed or heat sealed on the steel tube to customized into different sizes of fire shutter doors to fit some harsh chemical environment and heavy metal industry. The material resist to almost all chemicals, help to block splash metallic solution, it is also fireproof which makes it safe to be used in chemical industry.
