50000 Gallons Bolted Steel Fire Protection Water Storage Tanks
Center Enamel supply a range of bolted steel fire protection water storage tanks suitable for use in automatic sprinkler systems and fire hydrant systems. We design, manufacture and installation these fire tanks for over 30 years, we are the first bolted steel fire water tanks manufacturer in China.
With compliance to NSF61,Center Enamel ’s standard range of water storage tanks for fire protection are available in 20 steres to 20,000 steres and meets international water tank design standards.
Bolted steel fire water tanks are made from individual sections that have been manufactured and finished in a controlled factory setting. This allows each section to be formed according to strict structural specifications, with quality bends, welds and surface preparations that are monitored with comprehensive quality control measures. Once the sections are complete, they are powder-coated in a tightly-controlled environment, which results in a durable finish that virtually eliminates corrosion and maintenance issues; unlike field-welded tanks, which must be finished at the installation site, often resulting in an imperfect and inconsistent finished coating that is susceptible to corrosion and other damage.
